Krisztina Udvardi
Krisztina Udvardi serves as President and CEO, guiding the agency’s transition toward the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model and expanding coordinated behavioral health services for individuals and families across the lifespan. With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, she is committed to strengthening collaboration among community organizations, government partners, and care providers to improve access to services and build healthier communities across New Mexico. Krisztina holds an MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Budapest.

Jennifer Harrison-Sánchez
Jennifer Harrison-Sanchez, ACMA-SW, LCSW, is a clinical leader with over 20 years of experience serving New Mexico. Holding degrees from NMHU and the University of Phoenix, she specializes in trauma-informed care with training in EMDR and CPTSD/addiction through the Tim Fletcher Co. Jennifer has directed complex operations at Lovelace Medical Center, UNM Hospital, and the VA, earning the New Mexico Medal of Merit for her advocacy. Outside her professional mission to empower multidisciplinary teams, she finds restoration in the outdoors and treasures time with her granddaughters, bringing a compassionate and energetic spirit to Unica Behavioral Health.

Chelsea Pennington
Chelsea Pennington serves as the Director of Placement Services at Unica Behavioral Health, where she leads a statewide team dedicated to supporting families through adoption, clinical services, community support services, and case management. She combines program oversight with direct support for staff to ensure children’s needs remain central to every placement decision. Chelsea is motivated by the opportunity to bring stability, compassion, and hope to families. She finds deep purpose in developing thoughtful programs and mentoring staff as they grow into confident, skilled practitioners.

Phillip London serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees finance including accounting, analysis, and revenue cycle operations. His approach to financial leadership is shaped by a deep commitment to supporting the well-being of the community and contributing to meaningful, mission driven work. Phillip is motivated by collaboration and believes strong financial stewardship can enable growth, expand impact, and help teams do their best work.

Kimberly Brown
Kimberly has worked in the family services field for almost thirteen years, eleven of which have been at Unica Behavioral Health. She leant her expertise and experience to help pioneer our High Fidelity Wraparound program. A New Mexican, born and raised, Kimberly has always wanted to help the children of our community be successful. She finds passion in and enjoys helping youth overcome barriers and achieve their hopes and dreams.
Tracy Townsend

Tracy Townsend
Tracy has over 30 years of experience in business, behavioral health, and public-sector healthcare. Prior to entering the Managed Care field in 2006, she practiced as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor specializing in systems theory, grief counseling and Critical Incident Stress Management. In her tenure with Managed Care, she gained end-to-end Health Plan experience for both Medicaid and Medicare and became a strong subject matter expert in both Quality and Clinical operations. She is a passionate proponent of integrated care across the domains of physical, behavioral, and social health.

Samantha Groves, LCSW, serves as the Director of Forensic Services at All Faiths/Unica, where she brings more than 15 years of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, and family advocacy. She earned her Master of Social Work from New Mexico State University in 2016 and has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments. Guided by a deep commitment to compassion, dignity, and community healing, Samantha leads with the belief that every person deserves safety, understanding, and hope.

Samantha “Sam” Williams is the Director of the Training Institute, overseeing both the continuing education provided by the agency and the internship program. A social worker by both training and heart, Sam’s work is guided by the understanding that people’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by their experiences and the environments in which they find themselves, and that the foundation of healing and change is the quality of our connection to others. Sam believes that meaningful relationships have the power to change the world in positive ways, and she is committed to building these connections in both her work and her personal life.

Kristi Stihel serves as Chief People Relations Officer, bringing more than 20 years of Human Resources experience grounded in progressive, people centered leadership. She is known for being a thoughtful partner and advisor, encouraging open communication and a “lean in and seek to understand” approach across the agency. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes thoughtful connection, shared accountability, and supporting people through challenges with clarity and fairness. Kristi leads a strong and committed People Relations team dedicated to supporting employees at every level throughout their employment lifecycle. Grounded in her personal “why” and the agency’s mission and vision, she leads with a trauma informed approach aimed at fostering trust, clarity, and a healthy workplace culture across the agency.

Laura Dunagan serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle, bringing more than two decades of experience in medical billing and nine years of dedicated work in behavioral health. She has a natural knack for making sense of complex billing situations and loves turning confusion into clarity. She is motivated by helping clients clearly understand coverage limitations so that they can pursue treatment that genuinely supports healing without creating financial stress. Laura also partners closely with providers and administrators to uphold ethical, legally sound billing practices and to protect the therapeutic rapport at the heart of quality care.

Vanessa Marie Garzon is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Engagement in the People Relations department at Unica. She oversees talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience, and employee engagement initiatives; advancing people-centered hiring practices rooted in mindfulness, equity, and clear communication. Vanessa believes connection and community allow individuals to shine their inner light in service to others. Guided by the belief that to recruit kind people, we must recruit with kindness, she is proud to cultivate a workplace where people grow professionally, mentally, and spiritually while furthering the agency’s mission.

Jazmine is the Director of Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Relations in the People Relations department at All Faiths. She oversees employee benefits along with payroll and compensation processes, and supports employee relations with a focus on FMLA, ADA, and other types of leave. Regina believes meaningful communication creates trust, especially when people are navigating complex choices or seeking support. Her work is grounded in a lifelong commitment to community and service.
